Servizio pessimo. Worst place in whole Italy. IRRISPETTOSOS. Do not believe the “good” reviews. The employees are EXTREMELY rude. Saw them treat customers very disrespectfully. I made my friend go again thinking we just witnessed a one time thing and another employee just treated a lady in front of us terribly and the lady left very upset. We were treated the same. Do not promote such places. There’s nothing there you can’t find in a hundred better places there anyway. If you want your stay be full of good memories don’t go and do not take or recommend this place to anyone. Probably racists. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Very unfriendly staff, we had vouchers from our hotel to eat breakfast there and each day we had to talk to a new person who did not know about our vouchers and who tried to persuade us that we can’t have the sandwiches that we want (though we could!) It’s not so difficult to tell the whole staff about this program if you launched it! The food is okey, the coffee is very good but I would not come here the second time if we did not have to

Deceiving on the outside, this place is more than just an amazing patisserie! The authentic Italian cafe at the back has standing room to drink the best espresso I had in Rome, and amazing croissants and other baking. Really friendly staff too: we went back every morning! Their hazelnut chocolate sfogliatelle (pictured) are to die for too!

During the week, they have one of the best croissant I have ever eaten. The one on Sunday seemed one day old though. The barista behind the counters are sometimes friendly but sometimes not. The lady in the service is a dragon. 3.5/5
